A new import CD entitled "Elvis - Greatest Hits Volume Two" is due for release soon. The cover art should be reminiscent of the original volume one released by RCA. This release will be pressed in very limited quantity.

Why? It's not like it hasn't been released before -in the original setting no less. That's the problem with these sets of previously heard music (even from the "rare" import world ) -this is just a hodgepodge of existing material, isn't it? What's the attraction? At import prices, as with the "Tiger Man" rehash import comps, why bother?

YOu would be surprised what people will buy,or maybe you woundt be,it amezes me what people will pay money for,those tigerman cd's do sell,why ill never know! these kind of releases are what i thought all imports were like before i got some knowledge way back when!

Yes, a re-hash of material already issued, but where is the new stuff going to come from? I'm sorry, but everything is exhausted, unless by some miracle someone turns up something that has laid dormant for 30-50 years, we ain't going to get anything that we haven't seen or heard before. Even some (most) of the FTD stuff has been kicking around for some while. Me, I'm shutting up shop, just FTD's from now on, unless there is another gem that MRS can dig up. Tupelo's Own was the best buy for years - a priceless gem!
