why do they keep putting out the same films over and over, oh i forgot to make money. i know they will say there are people out there who have not seen these movies, but why can't they issue what the fans are asking for , on tour out-takes, more ttwii. they know there is a demand for these films so why not issue them while the fans who want to purchase them are still alive.it is 30+ years since on tour, how much longer can we be expected to wait. maybe they are waiting for the 50th anniversary of the original film! i can see the blurb now " 50 years on relive the excitement of Elvis on tour" and as my kids visit me in the retirement home they can say hey, we have a copy of elvis on tour and the out-takes are fantastic. me i'll be drooling... my soup!

Jim Turner: I'm still alive. I don't have any of Elvis' movies on DVD. I figure the 30th anniversary of his death is a good time to get started. I'm glad they're releasing them again. Yes, I've seen them all many times. I have them all on VHS. Elvis On Tour and TWII outtakes?? They're the last two items on my movie "to get" list.

Curious as to what the six DVD's Warner are releasing. I know they are definitely releasing special editions of Jailhouse Rock and Viva Las Vegas (as heard on Elvis Radio), so I can assume the others will be The Trouble With Girls, Harum Scarum, Speedway and Spinout/Double Trouble. I have my fingers crossed though.

Considering EPE just released the Ultimate Film Collection-Graceland Edition which included Jailhouse, Viva, Harum, Speedway, etc...one can only hope that these are not the movies in the upcoming collection.

I for one am extremely excited about the release. To the person who says "give the fans what they want"...I think they are doing just that. The older generation of Elvis fans needs to realize that there are a ton of 20-40 year olds who grew up listening to their parents' Elvis records. These Gen-Xers are the people buying the DVDs they never got to see or want to add to their collection. For myself and many other fans I know, any release for an Elvis record, movie, etc. is cause for celebration. Keep em' coming!

Jerome: Why Roustabout? Why not? It's a Paramount film.
