This is found in Macau and are sold at the night markets there. Elsewhere you can't find this - making it quite a rare collectors' item. The CD is simply entitled: ELVES 1954 - 1976. It has a very nice black and white cover sleeves, and comes in a very beautiful color slip-case box. The most interesting part of this superb package is that it claims that it is made by BMG Hong Kong and Marketed by Universal Music Singapore, Malaysia and Canada. It also says that the CD is manufactured in Austria and the covers printed in Holland.

Obviously, this is an Import CD -for the first time a true International CD involving Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Holland, Austria & Singapore. Whoever's behind this project must have a very good sense of humour. But seriously it is a very nice CD - especially the colorful Slip Case.

As I know the first release was in June 2002 by Sony Music Taiwan and made by Meika Music Records, FB-014, without a slipcase but instead of the BMG logo on the inlay is the Sony Music logo. In Asia there are so many 'international' Universal Music CD's involving countries like Netherlands, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Austria.
