Ed Hill Update

May 09, 2005 | People
Ed Hill, who suffered a stroke on April 4th is recovering very slowly. After having left the hospital on April 7th, he and his family hoped for a quick recovery. As to today, Ed still suffers with his short-term and long-term memory and it is hard for him to remember the words of the songs he used to perform with his fellow-mates “The Stamps”. There are however high hopes that all troubles will soon fall apart and Ed hopes to be back on the track again real quick.

You can still wish him well at the following address: P.O. Box 1471, Brentwood, 37024 Tennessee.

I certainly do wish Ed Hill all the best...I have seen him perform with JD and the Stamps and he is a very talented man and a very nice one also. I have sent a card to him, but I think I shall send another one just to let him know I am still thinking of him and wishing him well. I saw Elvis the Concert in Manchester last night and I did miss Ed, would have been great to see him up there on that stage! The concert was FANTASTIC though, I think Ed (and of course Elvis) would have been proud!
