Colors dont seem sharp, even phony. The whole package has a cheap look about it but you get what you pay for I guess. At least they had the sense to pair the Hawaiin movies together.

Same covers they used for the last package.

Are the 2 movies squeezed on to 1 disc each or are they double disc sets?!

Considering that Elvis has been dead over 30 years & hasn't made a film since 1972, I don't see a thing wrong with these Double Feature releases. Nobody is forcing anyone to purchase these. I think they are great for the casual buyer that would like to have 2 films for one. Alot of films are doing this, putting 2 in one package. It wonderful if some people can buy the boxed sets that have several Elvis films together. But alot of people can't afford that many at once. So this idea is perfect for them. If you already have these films on VHS & DVD, you have every right to skip these. But for those that don't, let them have the choice of getting these. I say make the Double Features available.

Rather than Paramount spending time and money in repackaging the same material, they should completely remaster and clean up these prints, and also sort out some lip sync problems. Maybe put Blue Hawaii & King Creole out on Blu Ray or HD (I guess it would have to be the latter now Paramount is exclusive to the HD camp. Add a few extras, and then they would be worth buying.
