The cover featured is indeed a poster. I know, as i designed it. And i am curious as to how it ended up on a DVD cover that is for sale at Amazon. Would be interested in contacting the people releasing it should anyone know.

"CHARRO is a very badly edited movie. A real pity. It could have been another Flaming Star if only they had used a better film Director." Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Great cover here. I did buy the new DVD version that came out this year and finally had the chance to see it after so many years. You know what? Bad movie with bad acting & bad directing. A total shambles. It had the makings of being a good movie but something went very wrong with the whole thing. Having the wrong director really can kill a movie. Elvis tired bless his heart but couldnt pull it off. Having said that, Id still watch this again before all of his 1965-1967 movies.

The DVD Cover is very nice but if only they'll release a re-edited "new" Special Edition like That's The Way It Is because much footages were cut out. I remember reading in 1969 in a movie magazine Elvis asking Charlie after watching the finish movie. "Where are all the gunfight scenes that we did?" The nude scenes were also cut out. CHARRO is a very badly edited movie. A real pity. It could have been another Flaming Star if only they had used a better film Director. What a big waste!

Good movie But its been on cable TV so many times that at this point its not worth the price unless its free

I'm sure the "complete" version doesn't even exist anymore.

I can't see the point of issuing this again so soon - unless of course it is the 'complete' version of the movie.

This is the cover Warner should have used for this and for all the other releases. And is this the same Warner release or the cheap poor quality copy which was available before? Wonder if it includes the nude bathroom scene!

Great cover! But I've already got the movie in great quality in the Warner box that was released for the 30th anniversary.
