Scotland's Daily Record Newspaper did an artivle with the title "Which One is King? The Answer is Patently Obvious!" The article, in relation to copyrighting names and titles, mentions an apparent dispute between Graceland and The King of Greece, over the title "The King."
Elvis Presley's Estate vs Greek Royal FamilyThe Presley estate has been involved in a long-running dispute with the Greek Royal Family over the use of the phrase The King, with Greeks refusing to recognise Elvis while King Constantine is still the monarch.
They were also defeated in a trademark legal case when an English shop, Elvisly Yours, was allowed to keep its name despite protests from the Presleys.
