Cooking With Elvis

Elvis is back in the theatres again, in England there's a new comedy named "Cooking with Elvis" starting march 7. Here's what the website says:

"Take a handful of brilliant actors, stir in a wonderful script, add plenty of outrageously funny gags and blend with the hits of Elvis Presley until it's all shook up. This is what you'll be served in a deliciously entertaining new comedy by the hottest and most sought after writer of his generation Lee Hall.

Cooking with Elvis is a touching yet hugely funny story of Stuart, a baker, played by Frank Skinner who is drawn into the extraordinarily dysfunctional family lives of an Elvis impersonator, his sex mad wife, their food obsessed daughter and Stanley, the pet tortoise.

With a first rate cast, The List described Cooking with Elvis as everything that's great about live theatre conveniently rolled into one show, better yet, it stars Elvis and features some of his greatest hits!

Cooking with Elvis was the biggest hit of The Edinburgh Festival in 1999. Critics loved it, audiences stood & cheered, celebrities flocked to it, including Sean Connery who wanted to produce it."
