Convention 2000

This year, the Danish fanclub ELVIS NEWS (ed.: great name!) sees its 10th Anniversary. This fanclub started last year a sister publication, ELVIS UNLIMITED.
Many activities and projects are planned for this special year, the highlight being a spectacular Elvis Convention on March 25, 2000 at Teatersalen in Randers, Denmark. For the first time ever on an Elvis Convention, the complete TCB band will perform. James Burton, Ronnie Tutt, Jerry Scheff and Glen D. Hardin will play together with Jenson Bloomer & Mondo Carne, performing all those great 70s songs.


This exclusive concert is the ultimate opportunity to see and hear this great band perform in such intimate surroundings. And for those of you that want to know more about the backgrounds of Elvis' music, there will be a question & answer session with James, Ronnie, Jerry and Glen D., and there's also an autograph session with them (so bring along those 70s albums!).


Another highlight is a very interesting auction of rare collectors items and memorabilia. The entrance for the convention costs dkk 250,--, and with your entrance ticket you have a chance to win an authentic Elvis Presley autograph! (incl. Certificate of Authenticity).
