The photo-book Elvis: Caught In A Trap

Caught In A Trap has now been officially authorized by Graceland, and they will have it in stock right in time for Elvis week. Dutch television will be doing a news-item about the book, and they have interviewed Laurens van Houten (photographer), Arjan Deelen (author), Louisa van Loon (who as a 15-year-old won the trip in a competition in 'Muziek Expres') and Constant Fonk (a Dutch fan who saw six shows during Elvis' Summer Festival in 1973). The last one shot 2 hours of 8mm footage during the 1973 fan club trip to Memphis, Tupelo and Las Vegas.

Excerpts from this never-before-seen material will be shown during this program. It will be shown in the program '2Vandaag' at 17.00 on Channel 2 on August 15th.

And for the Dutch Fans, Laurens van Houten and Arjan Deelen will be signing the book at "Fame" in Amsterdam during their Elvis Day on August 10th from 13.00 to 15.00.
