It seems Canadians weren't inclined to put Mariah Carey's new album on their Christmas wish lists. Her new album 'Charmbracelet' debuted at No. 30. Canadians seem to have 'oldies' on their Christmas list, both Elvis Presley and The Rolling Stones made significant chart moves. 'Elvis: 30 #1 Hits' (22,300) climbed from ninth to sixth, and 'Forty Licks' (18,300) elevating from 14th to seventh according to data compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.
