We never heard that much about him except when his name was mentionned in recording sessions but I wish Mister Harman to recover soon. The songs we read here are for most of them really good. I've always thought it was D.J who was playing on Such a night...

Both Buddy Harman and D.J. Fontana are listed as drummers for the session on April 3-4, 1960 when Such A Night was recorded. So maybe it's just D.J. playing, or maybe both he and Buddy. Elvis used two drummers on a lot of Nashville sessions in the '60s. I also hope Buddy will get well soon. Anybody know why he is hospitalized?

My boy, my boy: You are right DJ did play on Such A Night as well. Elvis often had 2 drummers, according to Ernst's book "Elvis, His Life In Music".
