In the US, which is what the RIAA covers, BMG did not ship 500,000 copies of either single, so there is no way Gold status could have been achieved.

i say again as i did on the march,6/04 update,riaa site shows ELVIS with four multi-platinum awards for sales of 25 million or more sales plus other titles in platinum and gold awards.why no awards for allc,rubberneckin???.anybody out there with any ideas about this??.
