Another McFarlane Figure

here is the new Mcfarlane Elvis action figure are posted on the Spawn website. It is not the GI Elvis which was announced earlier, but Elvis in his famous Gold Lamé suit. It will be available this April.

Elvis '68 was clearly the best likeness ever. However, i was disappointed with '56 elvis which made him look too fat and vegas Elvis which looked more like tom jones ! this one? looks ok so far, on par with the '56 figure.

This figure looks absolutly great, there is one small problem though, the poster behind him is all wrong, according to Day By Day on this very site, he was in Hollywood making Love Me Tender & that evening he dated Natalie Wood, which would have made it a bit difficult for him to perform in NYC on the same day.

I've gotta agree with DekeRivers6 -- the face just doesn't look right. It looks more like Kurt Russell playing Elvis in the 1979 "Elvis" tv biopic than it does the real thing. Better luck next time.

I want a Harum Scarum figure with turban and all. By the way, this one is a nice gold lame suit figure but I must agree it looks more like Kurt Russell in ELVIS The Movie.

They make this sorta figures of the beatles, jimi hendrix, kiss, etc... it's not an Elvis thing, but a music collectible. I love'em and also a lot of figures collectors enjoy them. I don't think this is a Elvis TM Hound Dog collar or that kind of c**p.

I have to agree. It does look more like Kurt Russel in Elvis the movie, than Elvis himself. Now there are 4 figures of E and the one that looks like him most is the 68 comeback figure. I've got it myself and it looks pretty good. Keep trying. Someday there will be another one, looking just like him. Looking foreward to an Elvis figure 1977 style. Completely with sundial suit.
