The Belgium Elvis Matters fan club awarded their second “Elvis Matters” Award to the late Al Dvorin for his "outstanding achievement in the Elvis world". John Wilkinson’s wife accepted the award on behalf of Al’s family. As you probably know, Al died in a tragic accident a couple of weeks ago and so we missed his great personality and stories during the TCB band reunion he was supposed to host.
Last year we received this award from Elvis Matters, and we feel honoured to be listed on one list with Big Al Dvorin.

Al was a good friend to Elvis . - Im glad that he got an outstanding achievement award in the Elvis world. Im so sorry that he was not present to receive it personally. he will be greatly missed and remembered by all fans-
