"Anyway" says Elvis at the end. That sums it up for me.
Its a fun Jam, between Elvis and the band, in rehearsals. My question, How does one select song of the day? Can we, the fans do it? Or is it automatically done, by the Elvis News website? I would like to get a discussion going on some of the other songs, that rarely pop up, as, song of the day.
The fact that this title comes up as the song of the day has nothing to do with the site going down hill. It has more to do with the songbase being as complete as possible. I don't believe anyone picks the song of the day, but rather it is generated randomly. This is the reason we see the same song several times and others not at all.
Are you folk serious? This is just a jam, not an actual song. This site is going down in quality with crap like this.
Been a watcher on the site for years before I joined. Then as now I can't understand why this type of recording is given to us to review? Why not stick with vocal recordings only Elvis has a huge list of titles to comment on?
Henry Mancini's hit recording of the "Peter Gunn Theme" is spectacular, historic and so much fun to listen to. "Peter Gunn" was such a great TV Series too and it's original TV run was from 1958-1961. But, this song should be deleted from the Elvis song list because it's only an instrumental. Any song that doesn't have lyrics shouldn't be on an Elvis song list.
just a jam, Elvis fooling around, its pretty funny when elvis starts to do the horns. 3 stars
