Would have been a good song for him to cover in the 50's You can just tell by what you hear.

It's such a shame that Elvis never got around to recording a proper version of this great song. This song really should be deleted from the official Elvis song list because Elvis' December 4, 1956 jam recording of it was extremely short and a total waste of time. The best rendition of this song that I've ever heard is definitely by The Five Keys.
