In Your Arms

Words & Music:
Aaron Schroeder/ Wally GoldOh, the way I feel tonight
You better wrap me up good and tight
In your arms
In your arms
Just like a bee in a honeycomb
I'm gonna make myself right at home
In your arms
In your arms
Well, it don't take much to keep me satisfied
Just a little bit of lovin' that's bonafide
In your arms keep me tangled up all the time
Like a kitten with a ball of twine
Yeah baby, that's where I want to stay
For the rest of my natural days
In your arms

A perfect little song. Great sax solo again by Boots.
This is such a terrific and fun song and it's one of seventeen songs that Elvis recorded that was written by Aaron Schroeder.
Good song, but I much preffer "I Want You With Me".
Invisible because there was a reaction to someone else
Yes, this is my period for liking Elvis, Great time for Elvis, the early 60's. Over 10 #1 hit singles in the Uk and great album releases too. Love them all. But hey, my mother was an old woman from Belfast, and she had a handbag!!! And she liked Elvis.
A nice little number yes as Elvis sings it and the music is concerned. BUT the backing vocals are down right embarrassing !! Whoever that is sounds like an old woman from Belfast swinging her hand bag around .. just awful and such a shame ! in my opinnion The J's ruinned alot of Elvis" songs .. and only added to a few.
I much rather prefer the female backing as in the 69 Memphis sessions.
Reminds me very much of Good Luck Charm the same steady tempo.I supposed the majority of Elvis' output around this period could have made it to a single chart hit
Very nice & smooth early 60's pop, but it belongs right where it is, an album track. Not quite strong enough for a single, and as proven, there were much better choices at that time.
Should've been a number one.
Elvis is in complete control of this uptempo number from the LP "Something For Everybody". Great backing by the Jordinaires and everything comes together to make this an enjoyable listening experience. 4 stars.
The smooth early 60's Elvis pop/rock sound. Nice!
