Reviews

This is the 1st release (on a picture CD) from the new label "Shake records", and a lot of the material on "Tiger man Vol 1" has already been released on several other CD/ vinyl releases, but according to Mr. Shake" it's now in better qualtity. I must say that's a matter of taste, some are indeed better, but most songs are to my ears not better then the original tracks, like "One night of sin", or "don't" that can be found on the BMG CD "Elvis sings Leiber and Stoller".
"Sound advice" is not the stereo master as listed, but the mono master but with a little help of an equalizer, so Shake Records" needs a little sound advice himself. What is interesting for the collectors are the unreleased tracks such as "Shake rattle and roll" (take 4), "Such an easy question" (take 4). The artwork was done very amateurishly, with a lot of spelling errors, but I heard that the cover will be replaced very soon. This release is hardly essential, but the fans who loved the imports CD's like "Animal Instinct" etc.., will love this release too.
