The german chart position above is wrong! The #51 spot was reached by the Rubberneckin (Remix)-single. "2nd To None" entered the german charts at #13.

Time Life & Rolling Stone Magazine will be coming out with an issue titled The Greatest Entertaiment Icon. Just so you know 8735, The Greatest Entertaiment Icon goes to The King ! To all of us Elvis fans on this site, I know why 8735 comes on this site and writes these these childish remarks, he writes like a 2 year old but that is beside the point. He is jelouse because we have The Greatest Entertaiment Icon of all time, and he has no one. So you see as new albums come out, and the do not hit # 1, that's ok, because the way I see it, there is no other artist who has been gone for over 25 years and first of all come out with an album Elv1s and debut at # 1 in over 30 countries, not even the new artits can do that, and this year have a # 1 single and a top ten album, that to me is amazing. 8735 eat your heart out baby, that why our man is The Greatest Entertaiment Icon of all time.

"2nd to None" dropped from three to seven on the US charts. In two weeks this release has moved 260,000 units in the US. Truly amazing numbers for an artist who have been dead for over a quarter of a century.

"2nd to None" moved 42,000 units in the US in its third week, falling from number seven to number 24. That is about 315,000 units sold. I would think it would strike gold before Santa Claus runs.

I am quite disapointed with the weak charts that "2nd to none" is getting, and I wonder why... The only reason I get to know (maybe to guess) is about the lack and fail of promotion (in Spain they have come back to the one time practice Elvis-is-forgotten-and-prehistoric). Yep, we all knew that "2nd to none" and the new "Rubberneckin'" remix wouldn't get as high as "E#1's" and "A little less conversation" did, but 'til now I haven't seen the Toyota spot which features "Rubberneckin'" and didn't see as much as the publicity as I saw last year with "E#1's".
Is that I usually don't watch TV? I don't think so.
What about BMG? Is that the company doesn't want to expend so much money? OK, that's fine, but it seems to me that they're saving their bucks and so they're losing the chance to have another one big (BIG) seller. Maybe they thought that "E#1's" would be the perfect promotion for "2nd to none".
Let's wait Christmas time and hope that "2nd to none", which is a wonderful "new" point of view to the also wonderful Elvis's career, will be a smash all through the years is going to be sold.

i think 2 to none is great, i got it and i listen to it in the car every time i get in it, even my daughter is in to it, and she is only 6, but i havent heard i lot of promotion about it, i seen the comercial about the car, that was cool, but they dont play it alot, but i recomend it is great, Elvis will always live on, thats a fact and no matter what some ignorants say thats the truth.

BMG, has to find a way to tie in the new 'Elvis Christmas Gospel CD' with '2nd to none' cd. They can do it the way Rod Stewarts record company is promoting his covers of old classical recordings.

E2 was great, a good follow up to E1. Lets start thinking about the E2 follow up. E3 by ; Elvis Presley. Three decades of Elvis songs. No singles, but songs that would have been big hits had they been released as a single. What are the fans view. Think about it. E1 was the #1's [well most of them]. E2 the second choice, but second to none. So why not E3, the three Elvis decades off great songs but NO previous singles,
1/ One sided love affair
2/ Shake rattle & roll [alt take]
3/ Reddy teddy
4/ Baby I don't care
5/ I got a woman
6/ Let me
7/ How do you think I feel
8/ Young & beautiful
9/ New Orleans
10/ So glad your mine
11/ Like a baby
12/ Soldier boy
13/ No more
14/ Fountain of love
15/ Memphis Tennessee
16/ Tomorrow is a long time
17/ Just call me lonesome
18/ Wearin'that loved on look
19/ A little bit of green
20/ And the grass won't pay no mind
21/ The fool
22/ Bridge over trouble water
23/ I washed my hands in muddy water
24/ For lovin' me
25/ I got a feelin' in my body
26/ Love coming down
27/ Walk a mile in my shoes [live]
